LOCATION
The Republic of Uganda is a State of East Africa, landlocked between Sudan to the north, Kenya in the east, Tanzania and Rwanda to the south and the Congo-Kinshasa in the west. It covers an area of 241038 square kilometers. Uganda has several lakes and rivers. These lakes cover 15% of the territory. Half the great Lake Victoria is located in Uganda, the country also includes Lake Kyoga, Lake George, Lake Edward and Lake Albert.
Uganda is under tropical climate with an annual average of 20 degrees. The north is warmer and drier, and the mountains are cooler, with the possibility of snow on the summits.
